How to Assign a Digital Quiz or Lesson: 2025–26 School Year

Note: Lessons are only available for assignment if you have purchased our Digital Lessons. 

Before Starting: 

- Make sure that your class is created, and your Simple Solutions book is assigned to your class. 

- Make sure your students are on your class roster.

  1. To assign a Digital Quiz or Lesson, first click the appropriate "Course." How to Assign a Digital Quiz or Lesson 1
  2. Click the "Open" button for the book you want to assign a Quiz or Lesson.How to Assign a Digital Quiz or Lesson 2
  3. Click “Open” next to the correct unit. Updated How to Assign a Digital Quiz or Lesson 3
  4. Click "Assign" on the appropriate Quiz or Lesson. 
    *Note: Lessons are only available for assignment if you have access to our Digital Lessons.How to Assign a Digital Quiz or Lesson 4 
  5. Select your options and click “Assign.” 
    1. Assign to whom?
    2. Start Date & Start Time
    3. Due Date & Due Time
      *Note: Assignments are sorted by Due Date & Due Time on the Student Dashboard. When choosing your due dates, keep this sorting function in mind. 
    4. Reporting and Grading options (defaults are recommended)

  1. You will then get a “Success!” notification. If you have other classes for which you want to assign the same lesson or quiz to, choose “Yes.” If you are finished with assignments, choose “No.” How to Assign a Digital Quiz or Lesson 6 

Digital Lessons are currently available for SBM 3–5, ESB 3–5, and RDG 3–5.  If your school currently is using the physical version of these titles for this academic year, you are unable to switch to this program.  If you are interested in using it in the upcoming school year, please have your school administration reach out to us at info@simplesolutions.org. We will make a note of your interest for the next purchasing cycle.
