How to Add Co-Teachers: 2025–26 School Year

Verify that your school is not using SSO (Clever, ClassLink, EdLink). If so, the SSO Administrator at your school will likely need to add the co-teacher for you.

Classroom Teacher Instructions: 
 

  1. From your dashboard, click "Roster" underneath your newly created class. Co-Teachers Joining a Class 1
  2. Here you will find the Co-Teacher Access Code. Teachers will need this code to join a class. Co-Teachers Joining a Class 2


Co-Teacher Instructions: 

  1. The co-teacher will log into his/her S²TaR Center account. At the top right, click “+ Add / Join Class.” Co-Teachers Joining a Class 3
  2. Choose the “+ Join Class” option, and then “Save.” Co-Teachers Joining a Class 4
  3. Type or paste the “Co-Teacher Access Code” into the box and click “Join.” Co-Teachers Joining a Class 5
  4. The co-teacher is now part of the class.  This teacher has all the rights as the original classroom teacher.
